Tamworth Rural Limited is an unlisted public company limited by shares.  The Primary business of the company is to provide goods and services to the community at competitive prices.

SHARE TRADING

As an unlisted public company, Tamworth Rural Limited shares are not traded on the Australian Stock Exchange or any other share trading exchange system.  To assist buyers and sellers with buying and selling Company shares, a register (“The Register”) has been established to facilitate these enquiries.

The Register provides a facility whereby parties who wish to buy or sell shares can contact each other.  A party may buy or sell shares without the use of the Register.

The Register is purely an introductory service. The Company cannot advise on or assist in any negotiation for the sale or purchase of shares. It will be up to the parties concerned to negotiate the price and progress any sale and neither the Company nor any of its personnel accept any responsibility to parties using the Register.
